The household appliances industry is growing at an incredibly dynamic pace. For our client, Samsung Electronics Poland Manufacturing, we are constructing the foundation for two 1300-ton injection molding machines, a crucial element in the plan to expand the production capabilities of the facility in the Wielkopolskie region, Wronki. The scope of the work is highly complex due to the execution of the contractual scope within an active plant. Daily coordination, spanning several hours, primarily focused on ensuring the continuous production of our client.

Construction work on the Daimler Truck Retail Poland facility has entered a new stage and is progressing rapidly towards the planned completion in January 2024. Our partner, Betard Sp. z o.o. from Podwrocław Długołęka, is responsible for supplying prefabricated elements. In the near future, preparations for the milestone, which involves the completion of the closed shell building, will commence.

In 2024, we are embarking on a comprehensive renovation and reconstruction of the facility housing the Zabrze Health Clinic ‘Maciejów.’ The planned work aims to enhance the service standards for patients and the working conditions for doctors. In a few months, we invite you to a completely transformed facility.

The 5D Group is taking on a formidable challenge in the field of electrical works. Over the next few weeks, we need to install cable routes and lay over 40 km of medium and low voltage cables.

Behind us is the first investment of 7D Sp. z o.o., a company belonging to the 5D Group. This is the initial facility acquired and renovated as part of the development plan, aiming to establish an industrial-warehouse zone in the vicinity of the town of Iłża. The first tenant of the halls, covering an area of over 13,000 square meters, is the well-known Polish market producer of sanitary ceramics and bathroom equipment, CERSANIT S.A.

The 5d Group has initiated cooperation with the excavator supplier Sany, specifically with the company Doltech from Wrocław. Our machinery fleet has expanded with new tracked and wheeled excavators. This marks the seventh equipment purchase from this company. Currently, our range of machinery spans weights between 3 and 31 tons.

On January 17, 2023, Luans Sp. z o.o., a company belonging to the 5d Group, signed a contract for the construction of a new service center for Daimler Truck Retail Polska in Ruda Śląska. The facility will be built on a 3.2-hectare plot and will have an area of approximately 3,500 square meters. The plot is located in the center of Silesia, along the NS route, between the Drogowa Trasa Średnicowa (DTŚ) and the A4 motorway.

The new facility will serve as the headquarters for the current branch of Daimler Trucks Retail Polska in Będzin and will also be a new location for the TruckStore network in Poland, providing them with a modern, space tailored to their needs, in line with the standards of the Mercedes-Benz Trucks brand. The main investor in the project is Daimler Truck Polska. Construction is set to begin in January, with the facility expected to be operational in early 2024.

We have purchased a warehouse-production building in close proximity to the industrial zone in the town of Dąbrowa Górnicza. Another usable area will be made available to our clients in the near future.

With pride, we announce that on March 2, 2021, we completed the construction of a facility for Estra Automotive Systems Poland Sp. z o.o. located at 1 Macieja Wilczka Street in Zabrze. As part of the investment, we have delivered 11,500 square meters of production, warehouse, office, social, and technical space. The 5d Group was also responsible for the execution of hardened and green areas covering almost 3 hectares.

5D Group executed the investment of ESTRA Automotive Systems Poland LLC. expansion.

The new 12,500 m2 object is to be handed over for the general use in the first quarter of 2021. The project includes a production hall, an office building and adjacent technical rooms, as well as the transformer station proving power to four recently designed transformers.

Estra Automotive is a new Polish company executing the production of car componentry. The factories of the world’s giant are located on several of the continents, i.e. Asia and North America.
The investment allows to start a new co-operation with new recipients of the motorisation industry.

An acquisition of equipment meant to stabilise the soil base with use of concrete or cement-and-ash binders.

We expanded our machinery park with two FENDT 900 series tractors, the soil stabiliser and the Tech-project sower.
The acquainted equipment gives us:

• excellent homogeneity of the mix in all soil conditions;
• soil stabilization up to 60 cm deep in any field conditions;
• optimization of the amount of binder used in relation to the cubic meter of soil;
• ease of carrying out any service repairs during work due to the design that has been improved over the years and the widespread availability of repair components.

At the same time, the purchase of the abovementioned equipment allows us to provide the client with the most favourable financial conditions and the timeliness of work performed.

We finished our works related to expansion of production halls of Tenneco company’s factory of auto parts.

Tenneco, currently DRiV, is one of the largest manufacturers of auto parts, supplied to major global vehicle manufacturers. For over a century, this brand has been providing its customers with components of the highest quality.

The extension lasting over ten months enriched the factory facilities with an additional 10,200 m2 of production and office space.

The main problem faced by 5D Group was to maintain uninterrupted operation of the facility being expanded. Despite carrying out works with heavy equipment at the demolition and installation of the fire separation wall, the investor’s operations were not disturbed.
