Firma 5D Group As the general contractor, leads the comprehensive construction of the modern hall for the Lamela company. The investment has been planned with adherence to the highest standards of quality and safety, utilizing the experience of our team and proven technologies.
As of today, the key stages of the project have been completed:
foundation works along with subgrade preparation,
assembly of the prefabricated hall structure and the steel framework,
installation of the stormwater drainage system to ensure proper rainwater discharge,
construction of a wall made of concrete slabs and the extension of the fire wall,
substructure for the floor slab.
The following works are currently in progress:
- installation of trapezoidal sheet roofing
internal installations (electrical, sanitary, technical)
laying of insulation layers and installation of roofing membrane
installation of sandwich panels in the hall cladding
In October, the following works are planned:
installation of sandwich panels along axis A,
installation of window joinery, doors, and gates,
installation of the industrial floor.
