As the general contractor, 5D Group is carrying out the construction of a modern hall for Janpol – a renowned manufacturer of mattresses and bedroom solutions. The investment includes a single-storey facility with a designated social area. The structure was built using reinforced concrete technology, and the roof was covered with trapezoidal sheet metal insulated with mineral wool. The walls were made of sandwich panels with a mineral wool core, ensuring high insulation and durability.
The facility is equipped with loading docks with gates, as well as drive-in gates allowing direct vehicle access to the hall. As part of the project, we completed electrical, fire alarm, water supply, stormwater and sanitary sewage, and hydrant installations, along with a modern heating system based on two heat pumps for central heating and domestic hot water. The development also includes a 160 m³ retention tank and a 150 m³ fire water tank. The site features a nearly 50 kW photovoltaic system, supporting the hall’s sustainable and energy-efficient operation. The remaining works involve landscaping and the construction of fencing to complete the investment.
