5D Sp. z o.o. is a construction company which is successful in terms of realization of the projects of complex cubature object.
5D Group derives from Elektro – Bud company that was funded 10 years ago by Damian Fudalewski. Its history has its roots in the electrical industry which has been one of the most developed branches of 5D Group from since then. Numerous successful projects in that area were the starting point in the co-operation with Luans company which personnel includes a crew of Korean specialists in the building industry.
5D is a multidimensional organisation whose activities base on creating a group of construction companies which focus on a specialised experts and the latest technology.

Luans Inc. conducts its economic activity on the Polish market since 2014 and it successfully expands the executive list for the leading industrial companies on the international market. Its personnel consists of experienced Korean expert specialized in the construction branch. 5D Investments is a department aiming to support the Client during the time of the investment realisation. Before we start the realisation of the projects, we identify and analyse the needs of the Investor profoundly which allows to perform the highest levels of the results that guarantee the comfort and safety of the objects in the future.
The construction of cubature objects is realised in two modes:
- Design and built – full realisation of the investment – starting from pre-design matters, through formal documents, conceptional premises, and ending with the handover of the object for the general use, while taking the optimisation of the costs into consideration.
- General executions of constructions works – realisation of the investments based on the project handed by the Investor.
The main premise of the project department is creating reliable architecture based od the co-operation the execution department of the company and the Investor, while taking all the economic issues into consideration.
Project specifications start from the concept, through construction projects and detailed design , and ends with construction permit and handover of the object for the general use.
The electric department of 5D Group consist of a vigorously developing team of low-current specialists and experts in the automatics. Their task is modernisation and creating electrical systems of industrial , production and office buildings bottom-up. It offers complete solutions for the machines, production lines and mechanics infrastructure. The group operates on currently functioning production lines and machines of factory units, without disturbing its work.
Years of experience and improving out workshop are the reason which encourages our new target clients (Samsung Polska, Namyang Polska, Lg Chem Wrocław) to entrust us with tasks at various difficulty levels.
Em-bud is a leading contractor on the Polish market for works related to machinery, maintenance, service and monitoring of production line operation at industrial facilities.
We offer our clients the preparation of the concept of works and their implementation during the operation of the facility. An individual and comprehensive approach to the investor’s needs sets us apart from the competition.
7D is the latest of our departments; it focuses on the rooflights production. The aim of the company is to provide affordable products made by using the most advanced technology so they can meet the expectations of the most demanding needs of our clients.
