On January 17, 2023, Luans Sp. z o.o., a company belonging to the 5d Group, signed a contract for the construction of a new service center for Daimler Truck Retail Polska in Ruda Śląska. The facility will be built on a 3.2-hectare plot and will have an area of approximately 3,500 square meters. The plot is located in the center of Silesia, along the NS route, between the Drogowa Trasa Średnicowa (DTŚ) and the A4 motorway.

The new facility will serve as the headquarters for the current branch of Daimler Trucks Retail Polska in Będzin and will also be a new location for the TruckStore network in Poland, providing them with a modern, space tailored to their needs, in line with the standards of the Mercedes-Benz Trucks brand. The main investor in the project is Daimler Truck Polska. Construction is set to begin in January, with the facility expected to be operational in early 2024.
